Thompson Station Newborn Photography

I was so excited to meet Lincoln in my studio! I mean seriously, look at his perfect little face! His pouty little lips certainly had me swooning. I enjoyed chatting with his parents as I moved Lincoln from pose to pose. He was such a great little poser for me, that always makes sessions so much fun! Thompson Station Newborn Photography is a passion of mine. The best part of my job is being able to capture these priceless moments for clients. I want them to look back in the years to come and remember just how fast their little ones change and grow up! Another reason why I love being a newborn photographer is I get to cuddle with cute little babies all day long. I mean really, is there a better job? (The answer is no!)

Lincoln’s session was full of greens, blues, and grays. I love these colors, especially for baby boys. I believe that sticking with neutral type colors will always remain timeless. You definitely don’t want your images to look dated in the decades to come. Lincoln had the softest blonde hair, too! I love choosing darker type colors for babies with light hair because it really brings out the color.

One of my favorites from our session was Lincoln in the froggy pose. It’s when he has his hands under his chin and you can see his perfect little toes! It’s definitely one of my favorite poses. I love how you can see his cheeks and adorable little lips! Lincoln even gave us a smile as he posed with his mommy! I love when clients incorporate their careers into our newborn sessions. I hope you enjoy Lincoln’s sneak peek because I am excited to edit the rest of his session!

Emma – Franklin Child Photographer

Emma was so much fun to photograph! She is such a beautiful little girl and is full of spunk! Specializing as a Franklin Child Photographer I really enjoy all the different children I get to meet. I just love it when kids have such fun personalities! It always makes for an entertaining and fun session!

I had way too many favorites from our session together-as always! One of my definite favorites is the closeup showcasing Emma’s adorable freckles! She also has some of the most beautiful and captivating eyes I have ever seen! I also loved the beautiful Tennessee skies as we got close to sunset. Shooting at Golden Hour is definitely my favorite time to photograph because of the colors the skies have then! And now the moment you have been waiting for-the sneak peek! Enjoy!

Cool Springs Family Photography

Ok seriously, is this family not one of the most beautiful families you’ve ever seen? Mom, Dad, brother, and sister-all of them are gorgeous! From start to finish our session was so much fun. As a photographer who specializes in Cool Springs Family Photography, I am always so excited at the amount of fun clients I get to meet! I was so entertained at the amount of adorable sass their youngest had. She kept me on my toes and I had to definitely pull out my tricks to get her to show me her cute smiles!

It was so inspiring to see how much this big brother loves his little sister. He was so good with her! You can tell he loves being her protector. One of my favorite things about photographing families is the ability to capture their relationship through photography. It’s a goal of mine to have clients feel like they are there when looking back at their photos. Even 30 years from now-I want clients to always look back fondly on our session when they look at their images.

I had a plethora of favorites from our session, that’s for sure! But, with a family this photogenic, how could I not? I especially love the first photo posted below of the whole family. You can really capture a glimpse of their personalities here. The surrounding flowers make it even more beautiful.

Nashville Newborn Photographer

Julian was the most adorable little guy ever! I totally fell in love with his cheeks when I saw him-I mean how could you not? There is nothing cuter than putting babies in little bear hats. We used lots of color for Julian’s session, and I loved the variety! I must say, as a Nashville newborn photographer, I always have so much fun at my job!

Tips for Fussy Babies

Even though Julian was the perfect little boy, I want to give some tips on wrapping babies. Sometimes if a baby is fussy, they will always do well being wrapped. This is because it reminds them of the womb- warmth and security. So don’t fret if you have a baby who won’t sleep-wrapping is a great way to begin any newborn session!

We started our session wrapping Julian and posing him on a wire chair. Using my wood floors is one of my favorite backdrops-it add such depth to the images! Here are a few favorites from our session-I hope you enjoy!

Fairview Family Session

This is such a beautiful family, with the most delightful boys ever. One of my goals as a family photographer is to capture the personalities of each person. For sure, I never want to just take pictures. I want clients to remember how their children were at this age when looking back on them years from now. These brothers were so much fun and full of individuality! They had me laughing the entire session with their charm!

Great Outfit Choices Make Great Photos

This family made it such an easy session with their great outfit choices too! There was the perfect pop of color. And can I just take a moment to love on their mommy’s hair? I mean wow-what a gorgeous mama! After I left our session admiring the loving relationship this family has with each other.

I especially loved going through this family’s session and choosing some for the sneak peek. Here are just a few of my favorites-I hope you enjoy!
